    • Physician or nurse practitioner referrals are also accepted. If you are a physician or nurse practitioner looking to refer, please fax a completed Sea to Sky Referral Form to 604-815-4197.

Adult community support services provide assessment and treatment through case management, psychiatrists, psychosocial rehabilitation, and groups within a recovery model.
