An adult day centre that provides recreation, meal and care services for seniors, and respite for their caregivers. A typical day at Crossreach includes transportation to and from the program via HandiDart, a morning snack, exercises and music, a healthy hot lunch, crafts and games, outings to parks, and other activities designed to entertain, stimulate and engage seniors.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    • Older adults aged 65 and over
    • Resident of West Point Grey area of Vancouver (including Kitsilano, Kerrisdale, Dunbar and Point Grey

    Review the eligibility criteria and how to arrange home and community care services.

     

  • Get a referral

    Contact the Vancouver home and community care office at (604) 263-7377 or have a health-care professional make a referral on your behalf.
