Assessment & Treatment Matching Team (ATM) at Pemberton Health Centre

The Assessment and Treatment Matching Team (ATM) is the central intake for mental health and substance use services for the Sea to Sky area. The team offers information and helps connect adults 24 and older to the service or community service to best meet their needs.

If you are between the of 12 to 24 with a mental health and/or substance use concern, please contact Foundry Sea to Sky to access support.

How to access

  • Contact the Assessment & Treatment Matching Team

    • Available to residents of Pemberton or surrounding areas ages 24 and up experiencing mental health concerns both with or without substance use concerns. No referral is needed.

The Pemberton Health Centre provides 4 stretchers for emergency care as well as services that include emergency, diagnostic imaging, laboratory and physiotherapy services.

Adults 19+ Mental Health Intake Services

Adult mental health intake services help adults aged 19+ and their families access mental health and substance use services in the Vancouver Coastal Health region.
