Audiology services at Richmond Public Health provide hearing assessments, hearing screening programs, counselling and hearing aid sales and follow-up services.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    Our service is available to all Richmond residents up to age 19.  Services are also available to some adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities. 

  • Get a referral

    We accept referrals from other health professionals, or you may self-refer by calling the office. We encourage those with hearing concerns to see a physician as a first step, as some hearing loss is medically treatable.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Access to the Parkade driveway only available when driving East on Granville Avenue

Pay parking is available on 1st two levels of the parkade – Pay machine on 1st level

$6.25 for 4 hours – accepts coins or credit cards.

Hearing Services

Public Health Audiology Services provide hearing assessments, hearing screening programs, counselling, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up services for children from 0 up to 19 years old. Adults requiring hearing services can contact their local private hearing clinics.
