Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) helps patients, caregivers and care providers plan and prepare for surgery together. The plan and preparation help the patient heal faster, safer and easier.

How to access

  • Get a referral

    Confirm with your surgeon if the surgery you are having is under the ERAS program.

Hours of operation

The Emergency Department is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. 

Visiting hours may vary depending on the unit. Please call the UBC Hospital main line at (604) 822-7121 to determine visiting times before your visit.
