There are two Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation Programs at Lions Gate Hospital. IROP (Intensive Rehabilitation Outpatient Program) supports recent discharges from the hospital. NROP (Neurological Rehabilitation Outpatient Program) supports longer-term neurological conditions.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    We provide outpatient rehabilitation for adults recently discharged from the hospital with neurological conditions such as stroke, brain injury, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.

  • Get a referral

    Referral to the program is by physician only.  Have your physician complete the IROP/NROP referral form and fax the completed form to (604) 984-5744.

Clients are generally seen 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Lions Gate Hospital is located on 231 East 15th Street in North Vancouver.

​Paid visitor parking is available in the hospital parkade on 15th Street, east of St. Georges Avenue.
