The outpatient Ketamine Intervention Program helps adults who have not benefited from other antidepressants and therapy for Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD).

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    Talk with your psychiatrist or clinician to discuss eligibility for the Ketamine Intervention Program at SGH.  This program is available to clients living in the Vancouver Coastal Health, Sea to Sky catchment. 

  • Get a referral

    If you and your psychiatrist/clinician decide that ketamine is right for you, your psychiatrist/clinician will send a completed referral form via fax number listed above to Squamish General Hospital.
