How to access

  • Check eligibility

    Talk with your psychiatrist to discuss eligibility for the Ketamine Intervention Program at UBC. This program is available to clients living in the Vancouver Coastal Health catchment. 

  • Get a referral

    If you and your psychiatrist decide that ketamine is right for you, your psychiatrist will send a completed referral form via fax number listed above to UBC Hospital.
