How to access

  • Check eligibility

    ​Individuals can access services if they are experiencing emotional, psychological or psychiatric concerns; living with a severe and persistent mental illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder; chronic depression/anxiety; concerned with a substance use issue or an eating disorder or experiencing concerns around memory or other cognitive functioning. 

    For individuals aged 19 and over and substance use-affected youth aged 12 to 24 years.

Free parking is available.

Pemberton Health Centre

The Pemberton Health Centre provides 4 stretchers for emergency care as well as services that include emergency, diagnostic imaging, laboratory and physiotherapy services.
