How to access

  • Get a referral

    A referral is required. Have your physician complete the medical Imaging requisition form. 

  • By appointment only

    The department clerk will contact patients to book the appointment. Call (604) 984-5775 to change or cancel an appointment.

Lions Gate Hospital is located on 231 East 15th Street in North Vancouver.

​Paid visitor parking is available in the hospital parkade on 15th Street, east of St. Georges Avenue.

Located on the basement floor. Follow the signage from the main entrance. Check-in is located within the Nuclear Medicine Department.
