Overdose outreach teams provide connections for people who have recently experienced opioid overdose and/or are at high risk for opioid overdose to substance use care and support.

Referral from a health-care provider is not required. Self-referrals are accepted.

Hours of operation
The service is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and available over the phone from 6p.m. to 8p.m. On weekends and statutory holidays, the team is available by phone from 8a.m. to 8p.m.

Metered street parking is available. Buses 004, 007, 209 run directly past this location.
