Overdose outreach teams provide connections for people who have recently experienced opioid overdose and/or are at high risk for opioid overdose to substance use care and support.

The service is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Call support is also open during these hours.

Metered street parking is available. Buses 004, 007, 209 run directly past this location.
