Primary Care Clinic at West Vancouver Community Health Centre

The Primary Care Clinic at West Vancouver Community Health Centre provides primary health care to people who do not have a primary family physician and who have challenges accessing traditional health care services.

How to access

  • Get a referral

    Screening for access to services will be completed by clinic staff on the first visit.

    Priority is given to individuals aged 19 and over living with complex psychosocial and clinical needs, vulnerable and underserved, and requiring a higher intensity of services to achieve and maintain functional stability.

  • Friday:   8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday:   Closed
  • Sunday:   Closed

Parking & Transportation

​Underground parking is available, as well as limited street parking. 
Elevators are available from the underground parking lot.
