  • Get a referral

    ​A referral is required.  Have your care provider fax a completed referral to (604) 267-3993.

  • Book an appointment

    For testing by appointment, please call to book an appointment and have a completed requisition form.

Kerrisdale Community Centre

Kerrisdale Community Centre is operated by the Kerrisdale Community Centre Society. Facilities include an indoor pool, gymnasium,public library and seniors wing.
