Spiritual care at George Pearson Centre

Through spiritual care and multifaith services, spiritual care practitioners help people address the profound thoughts and feelings that can poignantly arise at times of significant illness or trauma.

How to access

  • Referral

    Spiritual care practitioners visit most hospital units regularly and are available by referral to all units. Hospital staff may refer by telephone.

    Once the referral is made, the practitioner will follow up directly with the patient for their spiritual needs.

Parking & Transportation

This site can be accessed by public transit on Oak Street or Cambie Street. Free parking is available at 780 West 57th Avenue.

George Pearson Centre

Built in 1952, George Pearson Centre is located in a 7.7 hectare park-like setting. Resident amenities are ground floor, with the exception of the Stan Strong pool, which has an elevator to access.
