​Intensive Health Outreach Team (IHOT) provides low-barrier interim health care, psychosocial support, and help accessing longer-term health services to people in the Vancouver inner city who are unhoused or newly housed.

How to access

  • Walk into the Episodic Care Clinic

    Walk into the Episodic Care Clinic in the Molson Overdose Prevention Site, 166 East Hastings Street (alley entrance)  

    Walk-in hours: Mondays and Thursdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

    We accept self-referrals or referrals from community service providers, such as shelters and other outreach teams working in Vancouver.
