At May's Place, individuals from all walks of life receive compassionate end-of-life care in a home-like environment. May’s Place specializes in providing compassionate end-of-life care in a home-like environment to individuals with mental health challenges and addictions. May’s was western Canada’s first free-standing hospice and remains the only one in the Downtown Eastside. May's Place is funded by Vancouver Coastal Health and operated by Providence Health Care.

How to access

If you or someone you know is interested in receiving home and community care services, call the access line contact information in your area. When you connect with the home and community care office, a Home Health clinician will help you determine eligibility and if appropriate, arrange to conduct a health needs assessment.
