Respectful workplace reporting
Report respectful workplace complaints. Ask questions safely and securely. All reporting is confidential and you can choose to remain anonymous.
Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) provides an accessible way for staff and medical staff to report respectful workplace complaints.
The centralized service is easy to use and available by phone or online 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any location. You decide whether to provide your name and contact information in your report, and if you don't, your anonymity will be protected.
You can confidentially report complaints by phone or online. As this is a third-party platform, please do not include any patient information.
