Diabetes Foot Care
Diabetes foot care services offer assessment, prevention, treatment and support for helping people with diabetes maintain healthy feet.
What to expect
Programs focus on the prevention of wounds, foot ulcers and lower-extremity amputations. Once a treatment plan is completed, clients are discharged with a referral to other health care providers or public services as needed for follow-up.
