Dietitian Outpatient Clinic

Clinics provide nutrition education and counselling with a Registered Dietitian for complex therapeutic nutrition interventions and/or conditions where two or more co-morbidities impact nutritional health. Our dietitian can help patients who are dealing with the challenges of Crohn's disease, Celiac disease, Irritable bowel (including FODMAP treatment), Ulcerative Colitis, post-surgical nutrition issues, and/or malnutrition. 

Referrals that do not meet the criteria or need more information will be faxed back. Clients will be booked for a one-hour session with a Registered Dietitian; limited follow-up appointments may be offered at the dietitian's discretion for more complicated nutrition issues.
