What to expect

  • A Holter monitor continuously records an electrocardiogram over 24 hours. 
  • Blood pressure monitors record blood pressure periodically over 24 hours. 
  • Event monitors record arrhythmia over a 3-4 week span which is transmitted via the telephone to the Cardiologist.
