  Patients aged 18 years and older, living within the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) region*, with a confirmed diagnosis of NTM disease are eligible for referral by their primary care provider or medical specialist.

  *This includes the communities of Richmond, Vancouver, North Shore, Sea-to-Sky Corridor, Sunshine Coast, Powell River, Bella Bella and Bella Coola.

  This clinic is unable to directly assess patients who reside outside VCH catchment at this time. However, providers can contact the clinic for advice by submitting a provider-to-provider consult request.

  A referral is required.  

  To refer patients who reside within VCH catchment:

  Select the CST-Cerner order “Referral to Outpatient VGH Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Disease Clinic.”

  OR

  Complete the VGH Nontuberculous Mycobacterial (NTM) Disease Clinic referral form and fax the form along with relevant documentation to (778) 504-9776.
