OASIS is an education program that helps people with arthritis self-manage their condition.
How can OASIS help?
OASIS classes provide you with the most up-to-date information for managing your osteoarthritis or inflammatory arthritis. Our team of educators includes physiotherapists, an occupational therapist, registered nurse and dietitian. Classes are free, do not require a referral and are offered both online and in-person.
Education is a key part of managing your arthritis effectively
Learn about how you can exercise, eat well, manage your pain and modify your activities to allow you to live a healthy and active life, with less pain.

We encourage you to direct clients to this website to explore OASIS classes and to self-register. If you prefer that OASIS initiates contact with your contact, please complete the OASIS referral form and fax it to OASIS.
