What to expect

Programs offer a multidisciplinary team service consisting of physiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, recreation therapy and social work. The programs also have access to centralized services, including psychology, vocational counselling, dietician, sexual health, orthotics, and assistive technology and seating services.

Programs offer individualized goal-focused treatment programs, a variety of classes and education sessions, interdisciplinary team reviews, and telehealth and consultation opportunities to community care providers.

Comprehensive medical reviews with recommendations for tests, treatment and further follow-up can be arranged.
