احساس نگرانی یا عصبی بودن بخشی عادی از زندگی روزمره است. همه گاهی اوقات احساس اضطراب می کنند. اضطراب خفیف تا متوسط می تواند به شما کمک کند توجه، انرژی و انگیزه خود را متمرکز کنید. اگر اضطراب شدید باشد،شما ممکن است احساس درماندگی، سردرگمی و نگرانی شدید به حدی داشته باشید که با جدیت یا احتمال واقعی مساله مورد نگرانی تناسب ندارد.
