청소년 긴급대응팀(Youth Urgent Response Team, YURT)은 위기에 처해 있고/있거나 다른 장기 프로그램과 연계되지 않은 청소년에게 단기적인 위기지원과 연계지원 그리고 케이스 관리지원을 해드립니다.

액세스 방법

  • Check eligibility

    • 위기에 처한 것으로 판단되는 12세에서 19세 사이 청소년
    • 노스 밴쿠버(North Vancouver, BC) 또는 웨스트 밴쿠버(West Vancouver, BC) 거주자

  • Get a referral

    이러한 기준에 맞다고 생각하는 사람은 본인 스스로나 아는 사람을 YURT 서비스에 의뢰할 수 있습니다. (604) 230-0389로 전화해 문의하세요.

Foundry North Shore

Foundry North Shore offers young people 12 to 24 access to mental health and substance use support, primary care, peer support and social services. Foundry North Shore is hosted by Vancouver Coastal Health and unites over 10 partner organizations working together to address the health care needs of youth ages 12 to 24 and their families living on the North Shore.
