「青少年緊急対応チーム」（YURT）は、危機的状態にある、および／または他の長期プログラムに参加していない青少年に、短期的な危機管理、サービスへの橋渡し、ケース管理などのサポートを提供します。
アクセス方法

- 危機的状態にあると認識する 12 歳から 19 歳の青少年
- ノースバンクーバーまたはウエストバンクーバー在住者

Foundry North Shore
Foundry North Shore offers young people 12 to 24 access to mental health and substance use support, primary care, peer support and social services. Foundry North Shore is hosted by Vancouver Coastal Health and unites over 10 partner organizations working together to address the health care needs of youth ages 12 to 24 and their families living on the North Shore.
