青少年緊急回應小組 (The Youth Urgent Response Team, YURT) 為陷入危機和／或未參與其他長期計畫的青少年提供短期危機、過渡和個案管理支援。

How to access

  • 查看適用資格

    • 認為自己處於危機之中的 12 至 19 歲青少年
    • 北溫哥華或西溫哥華的居民

  • Get a referral

    任何認為自己符合這些標準的人都可以將自己或認識的人轉介給 YURT 服務。請致電 (604) 230-0389 進行轉介。

Foundry North Shore

Foundry North Shore offers young people 12 to 24 access to mental health and substance use support, primary care, peer support and social services. Foundry North Shore is hosted by Vancouver Coastal Health and unites over 10 partner organizations working together to address the health care needs of youth ages 12 to 24 and their families living on the North Shore.
