青少年紧急响应团队 (Youth Urgent Response Team, YURT) 为陷入危机和/或未参与其他长期支持计划的青少年提供短期危机、过渡和个案管理支持。

How to access

  • 查看资格要求

    • 认为自己处于危机之中的 12 至 19 岁青少年
    • 北温或西温的居民

  • Get a referral

    认为自己符合这些条件的任何人都可以将自己或认识的人推荐给 YURT 团队。致电 (604)230-0389 即可推荐。

Foundry North Shore

Foundry North Shore offers young people 12 to 24 access to mental health and substance use support, primary care, peer support and social services. Foundry North Shore is hosted by Vancouver Coastal Health and unites over 10 partner organizations working together to address the health care needs of youth ages 12 to 24 and their families living on the North Shore.
