Meals on wheels delivers nourishing meals to homebound people, including seniors, caregivers, individuals with chronic or acute medical conditions, or individuals recovering from surgery, illness or injury.

Physician and caregiver referrals are welcome. Self-referral is also possible through the website or by telephone.
