School-aged therapy through the North Shore Pediatric Team provides physiotherapy (PT) for children and youth with neurodevelopmental delays. Services are available to students attending public schools in North Vancouver and West Vancouver, from kindergarten to the end of high school.

For Occupational Therapy (OT) please contact the BC Centre for Ability.

How to access

Physiotherapy (PT) is available through North Shore School-Aged Therapy, with services offered in homes, schools, child-care programs and community settings.

The program helps children take part in daily activities, feel included and work toward their highest level of independence at school, at home and in the community. Physiotherapists collaborate with families, teachers and educational assistants to support participation, inclusion and access to learning opportunities.

Early intervention physiotherapy for children from birth to age five, along with Nursing Support, is also available on the North Shore.
