Provides case management, psychiatry and rehabilitation services for adults 19 and over who have ongoing mental health and substance use concerns that affect their functioning and require a broad range of coordinated services.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    Richmond residents aged 19 and older.

  • Get a referral

    The Richmond Older Adult Mental Health Team requires a completed Richmond MHSU referral form from a physician or nurse practitioner.

Peer support is also offered through the Adult Mental Health Team via Richmond Mental Health Consumer and Friends' Society.

Richmond Community Health Access Centre is the location of various VCH services and programs that serve the Richmond community.

Adult Mental Health Teams

Mental Health Teams provide community-based assessment and treatment to adults who are diagnosed with a major mental illness and experiencing significant problems that interfere with their functioning in daily life.
