- Adults aged 19+
- Resident of the Sunshine Coast region
- Individuals experiencing emotional, psychological or psychiatric concerns; living with severe and persistent mental health issues; or struggling with substance use.

How to access mental health and substance use services
Intake teams are the first people you can talk to if you need non-emergency help with mental health and/or substance use and you live or stay in the Vancouver Coastal Health area. Services are available for children, adults and older adults.
