Intake service helps adults aged 19+ and their families access mental health and substance use services in the Sunshine Coast region.

How to access

  • Check eligibility

    • Adults aged 19+
    • Resident of the Sunshine Coast region
    • Individuals experiencing emotional, psychological or psychiatric concerns; living with severe and persistent mental health issues; or struggling with substance use.​

  • Call or drop in

    Call Mental Health and Substance Use Services at 604-885-6101 or drop in during office hours to get started.

How to access mental health and substance use services

Intake teams are the first people you can talk to if you need non-emergency help with mental health and/or substance use and you live or stay in the Vancouver Coastal Health area. Services are available for children, adults and older adults.
