Youth and young adult drop-in mental health counselling is intended to promote support to those youth 12 to 24 who are experiencing complications in functioning that are understood as mild to moderate and non-urgent.

- Monday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
