- consultation and resources,
- inspection and assessment of potential facilities and sites,
- assessment of the licensee or manager to determine eligibility,
- assessment of qualifications and suitability,
- inspections,
- assessment and support of licensed facilities,
- investigation of serious incidents, abuse, complaints and contraventions to the Community Care and Assisted Living Act and Regulations,
- investigation of facilities operating without a Community Care Facility License.
