Report resident Influenza & COVID-19 immunizations to the VCH Vaccine Reporting Survey on the following dates: Oct 31, Nov 30, and Dec 31, 2025 (final deadline). Contracted and Private LTC Sites must also report total staff influenza immunizations by Dec 31st, 2025.
