Online services make it easy to get the help you need at a time and place that is convenient for you.

MindHealthBC

MindHealthBC is a new evidence-based online service will make it easier to find the help you need for depression, anxiety, and other mental health and substance use conditions. It is a free, one stop shop that gathers the wealth of resources available and puts them together into one easy to use website that includes:
  • Local support groups and health services within Vancouver, Richmond, and Coastal communities

  • Online information pages and workbooks provided through BC Partners for Mental Health and Addictions Information and other trusted BC sources

  • Self-help or supported self-help programs such as the BC Canadian Mental Health Association’s Bounce Back® Online (available without a doctor’s referral)

  • Valuable resources for friends and family members seeking information for their loved ones.

Kelty's Key: Online Therapy

Kelty's Key: Online Therapy is a new evidence-based treatment option for people struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental health concerns. It's therapy with flexibility – no need to book appointments or commute for a session. Kelty's Key offers the flexibility to get tailored treatment from an online therapist, or work through self-help resources at your own pace.

Guided therapy

Our eight-week guided therapy program delivers cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) by combining:

  • Secure emailing with your online therapist

  • Online interactive lessons

  • Private surveys to manage your symptoms and guide therapy

Therapy available for: anxiety, chronic pain, complicated grief, depression, insomnia, panic and substance use.

Self-help

Self-help resources offer a flexible way to supplement the treatment you're already receiving, introduce you to therapy or build new skills to support your mental health journey. The self-help modules are available to anyone at no cost. They address anxiety, chronic pain, depression, family support, insomnia, panic and substance use.
