- Valuable resources for friends and family members seeking information for their loved ones.
was developed by Vancouver Coastal Health and Providence Health Care in partnership with the Shared Care Committee – a joint Committee of the Doctors of BC and the Ministry of Health. Bounce Back® is funded by the Provincial Health Services Authority.
Each program will have eligibility requirements based on age, geographic location and symptoms.
These services are free of charge.
