The Child & Youth Mental Health Team at Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre serves children, youth and their families with serious mental health difficulties and/or social, emotional or behavioural disturbances. We also offer one-to-one counselling to youth presenting with moderate to severe substance use issues from ages 13 to 24.

    Find a location for a support team for children and youth aged 6 to 18 years old. The city has been divided into catchment areas for better and closer support. You should confirm your address with the clinic to ensure you are within the correct catchment area.

Walk-in intake is available Tuesdays from 12 to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

How to get here

Paid street parking is available. There is also free street parking available close to the building. Accessible by transit on the #16 bus line.

What to expect

Our clinics and programs of mental health professionals provide services including:

  • assessment and referral to appropriate services,
  • connecting with resources,
  • consultation,
  • therapy, psychiatry, groups and
  • education.
  • We are sensitive to the diversity of all families and have access to interpreters as needed. Our services are free-of-charge and voluntary.
