Call our Central Intake team at (604) 204-1111 Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpreting services are also available in other languages. Call (604) 204-1111
Drop in
Drop in to Richmond Place - 8100 Granville, unit 620 during intake times:
- Adults, Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., or 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
- Children and youth: Tuesdays 2 to 4 p.m.
Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpreting services are also available in other languages.
When you call or drop in, our team can connect you to the right services or resources when you need them and where you need them. Services support children, youth, adults, and older adults. Some services will require a referral from a physician, midwife or nurse practitioner. You can speak to our intake team for more details.

Parking and transportation
Access to the parkade is only available when driving East on Granville Avenue.
Paid visitor parking is available on the 1st two levels of the parkade. The pay machine is on the 1st level.
