Geriatric internal medicine provides an assessment by a geriatric medicine specialist of frail older adults and seniors with complex medical, psychiatric, social and functional issues.

What to expect

We provide comprehensive geriatric physiotherapy and occupational therapy assessment and treatment.

Our program is intended for patients aged 65 years old and over suffering from dementia, delirium, disruptive behaviour, incontinence, and failure to thrive and those with increased institutionalization risks.
