<div class="ExternalClass1BC5A947B1424ED7840B3978E532E287"><p></p><p>We provide community based assessment and treatment for children and youth 6 - 18 years of age, and their families, who are affected by serious mental health concerns.  This program also helps to coordinate care and services with other community resources.</p><h2>Child and Adolescent Program (CAP)</h2><p>Counselling and psychiatric support for children and youth (ages 6 – 18) with moderate to severe mental health concerns. </p><h2>Team Response to Adolescent & Children in Crisis (TRACC)</h2><p>Urgent response for children and youth who are at moderate to high risk of suicide.</p><h2>Psychiatric Consultation</h2><p>Psychiatric assessment by a psychiatrist (Brief follow up 1-3 sessions) for children and adolescents who are experiencing mental health concerns.               </p><p><strong>A doctor's referral is required for psychiatric consultation.</strong></p><p>Our team provides a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health clinicians. Every effort is made to include family and service providers in the treatment planning.</p><h2>Referring problems include:</h2><ul><li><p>Behavioural issues with a mental health concern<br></p></li><li><p>Anxiety</p></li><li><p>Depression<br></p></li><li><p>Early onset Psychoses and other mental health issues</p></li><li><p>Co-occurring substance misuse and mental health concerns are also addressed</p></li></ul></div>6100 Bowling Green RoadSuite 200, 2nd floor(604) 207-2524<div class="ExternalClassF8505DF4C06F47E2BC569B681545258C"><p>Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.</p><p>Thursday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.<br></p></div>(604) 207-2511V6Y 2B2BC<div class="ExternalClass376CF8639F7B453C95E02385915B09B7"><p>There is a pay parking lot adjacent to the building.  Bus stops are located on Westminster Highway. Our office is located 10 minutes from the Richmond-Brighouse Station.</p></div>49.169675,-123.14272110000002<div class="ExternalClassC0E0786D605A4CC68FE76809AA6BA095"><p>English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish.  Interpreters will be provided if required.</p></div><div class="ExternalClass623573A4EF4040F58DA5CE5A191550C1"><p>Clients (and their families) aged 6-18 years old.  ADHD and Autism are not addressed at this location.</p></div>How to access<div class="ExternalClass608DA58B816D41E9956ACA98CDA0038F"><p>Both professional referrals and self referrals are accepted.  </p><p>Professional referrals may <a href="/_layouts/15/DocIdRedir.aspx?ID=VCHCA-1797567310-1068" target="_blank"><img class="ms-asset-icon ms-rtePosition-4 ms-rte-paste-setimagesize" src="/_layouts/images/icgen.gif" alt="" />download the referral form</a> and send via fax.  </p><p>Self referrals can access the walk-in intake, which is available on Thursdays between 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., no appointment necessary. Meetings with an intake clinician is on a first come, first serve basis. Please call for additional information, if needed.</p></div>
