Information and requirements for administration students.

Access to clinical systems

Different areas have different expectations when it comes to training for clinical information systems. Upon the placement confirmation and two weeks before the start date, students (except for Medical Office Assistant students placed in Ambulatory Care – see below) are to reach out to their preceptor to introduce themselves, confirm the schedule, and confirm which clinical systems they need access to.

Important: Effective January 2022, Administration Students will no longer have access to PCIS. The below PCIS training can be taken for educational purposes only.
