Indigenous health resources for students
Vancouver Coastal Health strives to ensure that all individuals feel supported and cared for during their journey toward well-being. As a student in healthcare, it is important to understand indigenous health issues and how you can use this knowledge to address the challenges to move toward reconciliation and culturally safe healthcare.
Please note that while this training is not mandatory and is not part of the SPECO curriculum, you are encouraged to complete it on your time to gain a better understanding of culturally safe care.
