VCH Richmond Mental Health and Substance Use has several programs and services to support children, youth, adults and older adults. Our Central Intake team is here to offer information and help connect you to the service that will best meet your needs.
What to expect
Anyone of any age can contact our Central Intake Team to learn about Richmond Mental Health and Substance Use services by calling (604) 204-1111. Intake services are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Free interpretation services can also be used as needed for all language needs.

How do I access services?
Call our Central Intake team at (604) 204-1111. Some services will require a referral from a physician, midwife or nurse practitioner. You can speak to our intake team for more details.
Hours
Call our intake team Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. or drop into the office Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., or 1 to 3:30 p.m.
